Never let it be said that romance is dead. Last night my husband prepared a gorgeous surf and turf dinner for us, complete with candles & flowers. The lobster was divine and the steak so melt-in-your-mouth tender that I wish I could have cleaned my plate. Afterward we went on a lovely walk around our little neighbourhood & came back to dessert and a movie.
Sometimes I still feel that stir of butterflies when I see him - amazing that it can still feel new after all of the ups and downs of ten years together.

Your husband did this ? Unbelievable, you are very lucky and blessed. Hold each other tight ! Take care, Gina
Thanks for stopping by Sherri ... I left you a message on my blog.
What a lovely husband and relationship you have. And I think your table with the flowers and candles and the yummy feast is wonderful. Was it a special occasion or just another sweet gesture from your man?
well to be 100% truthful about it I did kind of sort of just a little pretty much tell him that he should do that sometime. :)
But he did it with such gusto and love, that I don't mind that I had to put the bug in his ear.
Thanks, ladies, for stopping in!
