This is the time of year when I get out my camera and run around the neighbourhood snapping pictures that I can use to create my paintings the whole year through. And this is a banner year for big, gorgeous blooms! Every so many summers the flowers and bugs take over - this appears to be one of those years - I've had to send thousands upon thousands of baby spiders back to their maker but on the flip side I've also gotten to enjoy the bounty of the floral gardeners around Kingston.
Cheers to all of you green thumbs that have grown little pieces of heaven! I will care for them with my brushes. :)
